Our warehouse staff is highly educated and will package the items according to the exact and precise specifications. Before shipping, all goods will be thoroughly examined and safely secured. There are distribution centers and warehouses located in Europe as well as the USA.

Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a separate processing period for each item.

Before shipping, we will inspect the ordered items thoroughly. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

We are not able to manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order could be unable to fill after you place the order.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
